Calendula Court will consist of a 3-story building that will include 32 apartment units within the top two floors over a ground floor podium garage.
Unit amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with range/oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and microwave.
The sustainable building methods being incorporated into the design and construction will achieve a GreenPoint Rating of over 100 points while providing energy efficiencies of at least 17.5% below Title 24 standards.
During the development process DBR Development LLC proactively sought and gained support of both the City of Anaheim Community Development Department and the local community with the West Anaheim Neighborhood Development organization.
DBR has continued to work with the City of Anaheim to obtain expeditious approvals through their processes and protocol.
