For over 35 years, Bruce has worked relentlessly in both the housing development and property management industries. Developed from actual hands-on experience and a desire to address the complexities of affordable multi-family housing specifically, Bruce has gained recognition on a national level as an industry expert.
His career in real estate began after obtaining his degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and became realized after
pursuing and acquiring licenses as a California Real Estate Broker and General Contractor. Bruce would go on to work as a property manager and, in time, President of a property management company.
His dream totally realized, Bruce and his wife Johrita, founded Solari Enterprises, Inc. in 1993. A husband and wife team committed to effectively handling the needs of clients and residents, as well as government entities that aid in funding of major projects such as, development planning, revitalization and operation management of developed properties.
As a lifetime member of AHMA and recipient of their most prestigious honor, the Clive Graham Memorial Award, Bruce has shown his impeccable ability to give back to the community and consciously generate an opportunity for so many to secure affordable housing for themselves and their families, paired with his unique industry knowledge and experience that sets the standard for success in affordable, commercial and conventional housing management and development.
