The Casa Marborough project was a rehabilitation of an existing 8 unit housing community located in the City Heights neighborhood of San Diego.

Project challenges included: create opportunities for 1st time home-buyers while resolving years of neglect from the previous owner.

Unit amenities include fully equipped kitchen with range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and microwave. Low VOC paints, glues and adhesives were utilized throughout the project to better protect the environment and residents.

Completed renovations in 8 months.
